  • Hi all, I'm trying to find the QUICK ANALYSIS tool in my Excel on mac version 15.14. I can't seem to find it. I have the data analysis tool but this in NOT what i'm looking for. The Quick Analysis button appears on the lower-right corner of the selection. Click the Quick Analysis button, or press Ctrl+Q.

In Excel 2013 and later version, when selecting a range of cells, a Quick Analysis button is displayed in the lower-right corner of the range as below screenshot shown. How could you turn off or disable this feature in Excel?

Excel 2016 for MAC - Quick Analysis Box not populating I am using Excel 2016 for MAC. When I highlight a group of cells from A1:B6, the 'Quick Analysis Box' does not pop-up on my screen. Is there a reason why? This thread is locked. You can follow the question.

To disable this Quick Analysis feature in Excel workbook, please do as this:

1. Click File > Options to go to the Excel Options dialog box.

2. In the dialog, click General from the left pane, and then uncheck Show Quick Analysis options on selection option under the User Interface options section, see screenshot:

    Thanks for the tutorial. I found sparkline charts in the Quick Analysis tool to be a good alternative to the Charts tab - been using them all the time.
